Data & Backup Services
One-Time Data Archive & Migration — $99 (up to 20GB)
Pulling all critical files within the user profile (up to 20GB), organizing them, and transferring them cleanly onto new media. Additional data is $20 per 10GB.
Note: Customer is responsible for providing the external drive or destination cloud storage account.
Automated Set-and-Forget Local or Cloud Backup Setup — $149 (up to 20GB)
Configuring a reliable local or cloud backup routine (up to 20GB), ensuring critical personal files automatically copy over in the background without user intervention. Additional data is $20 per 10GB.
Note: Customer is responsible for providing the external drive and/or cloud storage account/subscription.
Secure Data Destruction & Destruction Certificate — $49 / drive
NIST-compliant secure data sanitization (ATA Secure Erase for SSDs or zero-fill overwrite for mechanical drives) rendering personal data entirely unrecoverable, complete with a signed, serialized Certificate of Data Destruction for safe recycling, donation, or resale.
